Have I mentioned that I LOVE my job?!!! I have had the opportunity to help North American Stainless develop a Travel Policy, and make suggestions to make their travel process more efficient in both time and cost. This has been a fun task! Give me something to organize and I am in heaven. I get to work with awesome people. Even some of the more "challenging" travelers keep the job interesting. For the most part, all those who travel are great, and help me help them by giving tips on areas they travel that I might not have knowledge about. I really appreciate how they help me. I learn new things every week, and get to plan interesting and diverse trips all over the world.

That being said, let me say this: Someway, somehow, while I am at work, while my husband is at work, and my kids are off to school or work, somebody comes in our house and makes a big mess! (Do you think it could be the dogs? Surely not, but it makes you wonder.) Where does all this stuff come from! My gosh, by the end of each week it seems we have a narrow pathway from the garage to the kitchen (the main walk area in our house from outside). Sometimes I feel like pitching everything. Wouldn't simpler living require less stuff? I remember a cartoon years ago that, when the parents of the cartoon strip asked their children who had done something naughty that would say "Not me!"; the point being that a ghostly character named Not Me was spending time at their house. I think he moved in with us. (Yes, that's right - I said he! Now, come on.....we all know deep down inside that all bad stuff comes from males. hehe)

And the mail! Each day I stack the mail at the end of the kitchen counter so that I may spend my weekend paying bills and sorting through all the junk that comes to our mailbox. Who wants to do that?

Ok...so enough complaining. Each morning I leave the house around 7:10 and begin my commute to work. Each (clear) morning I have the wonderful opportunity to watch a beautiful sunrise. How amazing is that?! I never tire of it. It's (almost) worth getting up at 5:50 in the morning to see this. It makes me so thankful to God that He shares these beautiful experiences with us.
